Refund policy

All items are inspected before they are shipped out.  Please be sure to check your package as soon as possible for any damages or errors, please contact us no later than 5 days after delivery to report any issues with your order.  

Please be sure to contact us via email at magicalohamamas@gmail.com regarding any order questions or issues.  We will respond to all customer emails accordingly to how they were received.  Please allow up to 1-3 business days for a response from one of your magicALOHAmamas. 

Once your order leaves our castle, we are no longer responsible for any delays, damages or lost packages.  Any claims regarding lost or damaged packages must be filed by customer via the official shipping carriers website.
